Kevin helped to sell my home in San Clemente, which sold within a few days. I was very pleased with his expertise, knowledge of the whole process and his honesty. Kevin represented us in the sale of our home in San Clemente. After interviewing a number of agents we decided to use Kevin due to his straightforward demeanor and an overall knowlegde of the local real estate market. From the moment we met him he seemed to have vast knowledge of many of the current and sold listings in the area, as well as, a number of sources for potential buyers. He was able to tell us excatly what to expect from the market without promising more than was realistic (which some others did). After we listed with Kevin we revieved information daily about how the home was being recieved by buyers. We recieved feedback on a daily basis. He was always considerate of our schedules in showing the home. We recieved an offer after 7 days on the market which was contingent upon the sale of the buyers home. While we have minimal backround in dealings such as this, Kevin was able to explain the entire process to us in great detail and helped us formulate a counter offer that was ideal for us. The escrow process was very easy with Kevin and his team. The only issue that we had throughout the entire process was the signing of escrow documents. We had moved to our new location and were not able to meet with Kevin for him to explain some of the tax documents. We were able to talk to him over the phone and he reccomended that we consult our tax preparer prior to filling out the forms, which we were able to do to get it right. After working with kevin through this entire process, I would highly reccomend using him to anyone looking to list a home in the San Clemente.

I have transacted over $7M in real estate now with several brokers/realtors over the years. I have to say that Kevin is absolutely the best I have ever worked with. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, and professional and I think he got me the best price for my home at the time. But the thing that stuck out the most with Kevin was how far he was wiling to go to help me through the entire process. He went way beyond the call of duty. I have now also used his services to find a temporary rental while I look for another home to purchase. And I am of course using Kevin for that as well.
